Former Cult Members Find New Life In Christ...

This isn't exactly paranormal (or even factual for that matter), but it's absolutely hilarious...and sort of ties in with the Heaven's Gate deal I posted earlier. Article From The Onion...And speaking of cults, my Google AdSense Thing is currently showing links for pudding, wine, and cults all at the same time, all we're missing is phenobarb!

Encyclopedia Paranormica Discussion Forum...

Grand Opening Of The Encyclopedia Paranormica Discussion Forum ...Post your own stories, discuss the supernatural, ask advice, give advice, cleanse lepers, cast out demons, raise the dead, whatever floats your supernatural boat!

Truly Haunted Places In America...

To tell you the truth, I don't have a clue whether or not any of these places is haunted, but every paranormal show in the known universe has done a feature on these three spots, so who knows, worth a look, anyway...

1.  Waverly Hills Sanatorium - Louisville, KY

2.  The Myrtles Plantation - St. Francoisville, LA

3.  The Stanley Hotel, Estes Park, CO
(Stephen King Based "The Shining" On This Place)

Spirit Orbs - The Real Story...

Did you ever take a picture and later on notice glowing "orbs" throughout your photo, these orbs are caused by the reflection of natural light or camera flash on dust particles, raindrops, and other airborne contaminants, there is absolutely NOTHING paranormal or supernatural about them.  They are referred to all over the internet as "spirit" or "ghost" orbs and assumed to be the energy signature manifested by ghosts/spirits/demons/etc...There are millions of these pics all over the web, don't be fooled! The above examples were "borrowed"  from GhostStudy.Com, rain orbs in the top pic, dust orbs on the bottom. They look pretty freaky if you don't know what they are, but relax, they are a perfectly normal trick of the light when reflected through a camera aperture.

Strange Note: My wife once captured three orbs on camera during a  ghost hunting trip to Blackwell, Missouri that absolutely defied explanation, but I lost the CD with the photo on it (I'm not kidding)...Smooth Move Ex-Lax! So keep in mind that maybe there is something to this phenomenon, just keep an open mind.
